Using Presets and Managing Links

3 min read
4 steps

Start with a preset template and add, edit, or reorder your links.

1

Choosing a Preset

LinkHub offers five use-case presets to get you started quickly. "Customer-Facing" is a polished page for guests with booking links, social profiles, and key info. "Guides & Staff" shares resources for staff. "Internal Team" provides a private links page. "Trade Shows" is designed for event contexts. "Partners" creates a page for affiliate and partner resources.

2

Adding Links

In the Links section of the editor, click "Add Link" to create a new entry. Each link has a title (the text visitors see), a URL (where it goes), and an optional icon. You can also mark a link as "Featured" to give it a standout visual treatment with a different button color.

Editing Link Details

Click on any existing link to expand its editing fields. Change the title, update the URL, toggle the featured status, or remove it entirely. The live preview on the right updates immediately as you make changes.

4

Reordering Links

Links appear in the order you arrange them. Use the drag handles to reorder links — the most important links should be at the top since they're the first thing visitors see on the page.
