Step-by-step guide to writing a brief, selecting platforms, and generating content.

Write a Content Brief

In the "Content Brief" text area on the left panel, describe what your post should be about. This can be as simple as "Promote our weekend brunch special" or as detailed as you like. The more context you provide, the better the AI output.

Use Quick Start Themes (Optional)

Below the content brief you'll find theme buttons like Product Spotlight, Weekend Adventure, Seasonal Special, Event Promo, Behind the Scenes, and more. Clicking a theme pre-fills the brief with a relevant prompt tailored to that content type.

Attach a Product (Optional)

If you want to feature a specific product, click "Attach a Product" to expand the product selector. Browse your catalog with cover images and pick one. The AI will incorporate that product's name and details into the generated posts.

When a product is attached, you can also select which product image to use in the social media previews.

Select Your Platforms

The platform grid shows all seven supported social networks. Click on each platform you want to generate content for — selected platforms are highlighted with a colored border. You must select at least one platform before generating.

Hit Generate

Once you've written your brief and selected platforms, click the "Generate Social Posts" button. The AI will create platform-optimized content for each selected platform. Generation typically takes a few seconds, and you'll see the previews appear on the right side.
